Designing a holiday sanctuary for leisure travelers and long-stay guests seeking tranquility near the Puri coast, combining hospitality standards with residential intimacy.
Design Solution
Architectural Response & Spatial Planning
Individual guest suites are oriented along landscaped water courts. Deep roof overhangs and timber louvers deflect tropical rains while maximizing daylight and breezes.
Craft & Execution
Materials, Systems & Detailing
Corrosion-resistant metal fittings, saline-resistant cement plasters, natural terracotta floor tiles, and indigenous coastal landscaping.
