Yes. Clients frequently engage us solely for Architectural Design or Interior Design consultancy and documentation, managing their own execution. Turnkey delivery is an optional service for clients who prefer single-source accountability.
How is the project budget estimated?
Budget estimation is based on verified square footage, structural specifications, material grades, and joinery schedules. We prepare an itemised Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with unit rates and quantities, ensuring full cost transparency before signing execution contracts.
Will I receive drawings and BOQ documentation?
Yes. Every turnkey engagement includes a comprehensive set of working drawings (architectural, electrical, plumbing, reflected ceiling, and joinery details) alongside an itemised BOQ document detailing all material specifications.
